Our US-based Help Desk provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This report reveals which users have access to certain systems, and which systems are configured with various permissions. This module also includes a powerful integrated external vulnerability scan.
Exchange Assessment
This messaging platform assessment covers the entire Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 deployment and can provide the pathway to prepare for an Exchange migration project or validate a post-migration implementation. Additional reporting includes Exchange Traffic and Use, Mailbox Detail, Distribution Lists, Mailbox Permissions and Mobile Device Reports.
SQL Server Assessment
SQL Assessments assist with maintaining SQL Server database integrity while gauging the overall health of databases. Reporting includes SQL Server Configuration, Database Detail, Management Plan, and SQL Server Agent Jobs Reports.
HIPAA Compliance
The first product of its kind, the HIPAA module automatically collects (and seamlessly integrates) the mountain of network data needed to produce a comprehensive HIPAA Risk Analysis. Data is combined with the photos, observations and supplemental data you gather on-site, and all of the information is crunched by our HIPAA risk assessment engine, after which reports can be automatically generated.
Client Connector
Our Client Connector allows you to automatically transmit a Network Assessment scan to a secure cloud storage area where it can be easily retrieved later for report generation.
